Sundash Terms of Use

Sundash provides weather forecasts, location-based conditions, and sports-suitability recommendations for informational purposes. Weather and forecast data is sourced from OpenWeatherMap; sports recommendations are generated by Sundash from that same forecast data.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Sundash on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

Weather is inherently unpredictable, and forecasts, including those shown in Sundash, can be inaccurate or change without notice. Sundash's sports-suitability scores and recommendations are general informational guidance only and are not a substitute for your own judgment, local advisories, or official weather warnings from your national weather service. Don't rely on Sundash as your sole source of information for decisions involving safety, health, travel, or outdoor activity in severe or extreme conditions -- always check official sources first.

Sundash offers optional premium features (additional saved locations, location reordering, additional sport preferences, and evening alerts) unlocked via in-app purchase, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Annual subscription -- auto-renewing, billed yearly at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, until cancelled. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings -- Sundash does not process or store payment information and cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Lifetime purchase -- a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks premium features for as long as you use Sundash on that App Store/Google Play account. It does not renew or expire.

All purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's own terms and refund policies, as applicable. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the app except as permitted by law; use the app to violate any law; interfere with the app's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems it relies on; or use automated means to scrape or extract data from the app.

Sundash, its design, icons, and original content are owned by Acurus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Weather data is provided by and remains the property of OpenWeatherMap under its own terms.

Sundash relies on third-party services, including OpenWeatherMap (forecast data), PostHog (analytics), and RevenueCat (purchase management), to operate. Your use of the app is also subject to the availability and terms of those services, which are outside our control.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app or its weather data will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acurus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including reliance on any weather data or recommendation it displays.

We may update Sundash and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using Sundash at any time by deleting the app from your device.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
